Following “The Development of the Electric Power industry in Chinese Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(Ⅰ)”,this study would clarify the seasons the remarkable development of the Electric Power industry in Inner Mongolia after the “Reform and Opening-up” period (1979-2010). The study has pointed out that the success has been accomplished mainly by the Reform of state-owned enterprises and West-East electricity transmission project,which accompanied with the “Great Western Development”. Fri, 21 Feb 2025 00:00:00 GMT http://hokuga.hgu.jp/dspace/handle/123456789/4975 Title: 中国の内蒙古自治区の電力産業の展開（一） : 社会主義計画経済体制下（1947～1978 年）<br/><br/>Authors: 劉, 玕<br/><br/>Abstract: 内蒙古自治区は、中国の一つの少数民族地区として、近年、電力産業における発電設備容量、発電量および地域外への送電量が全国のトップとなっており、全国では突出している。本研究は、歴史的視点から、内蒙古自治区の電力産業の「改革開放」以前の発展経緯を明らかにする。本研究は、管理体制、および経済発展という2 つの面から考察した。当時の内蒙古自治区の電力産業はコンビナート産業建設の従属的な産業として存在し、完全に中央からの支援で発展させた（「埋め込み型」）ことを指摘した。; The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is one of China's ethnic minority regions, and the development of the Electric Power industry is outstanding in all of China. This study spotlit historically on the development of the power industry in the region before the “reform and opening up” period (1947~1978). This study examines the situation from two aspects:management system and economic development. The conclusion that is the power industry was a subordinate industry to “kombinat” construction and the “embedded” type which was completely support by central government of China.
