Abstract: This is the data of discourse analysis of the Hokkaido dialect of Japanese. The speaker, KAYANO Shigeru, is a bilingual speaker of Ainu and Japanese. The data contain the dialogues between the speaker and his students when he told them some stories on Ainu culture in a beginning level Ainu class. The author transcribed the dialogues and attached accent symbols to them, summing up their phonological features and grammatical expressions. The more detailed studies of characteristics of the Ainu speakers' Japanese are left for a future survey and analysis.
