Abstract: This paper examines how other cultures are represented in anthropology and ethnological museums, even though the epistemological examination of representing the Other and the examination of the relationship between knowledge and power remain to be proved. Ethnological museums as a medium of other cultures has been changed in philosophy and style: from the supremacy of science to the modern exhibitions which consider popularization, an "insider's point of view" and "Acts of Translation." At the same time, anthropology in universities might be insensitive about the way it imparts information regarding other cultures to the public.
