| 抄録: | 本稿の目的は、中国におけるグリーン貸付政策に関する課題を主要アクターである銀行業の観点から考察することである。考察によって明らかとなった課題は、第一に中国のグリーン貸付融資政策を発展させるためには主要アクターである銀行業の企業統治の向上が不可欠であること、第二はその具体的課題には取り組みリスクを軽減するための課題と、銀行の内部改革という両輪的課題が存存在し、その同時推進が必要であることである。なお、本稿では上記に加えて中国における環境融資政策の特色とステークホルダーの関係構造についても明らかにした。
The purpose of this paper is to consider subjects of banking as a main actor on Green Credit Policy in China. As the results, it clears that the following points are two important subjects of banking for the development of Green Credit Policy in China. The one is a progress of cooperate governance on banking. The other is a synchronous propulsion to reduce many kinds of risks and the internal innovation on banking organizations. Furthermore, this study clears that the feature of environmental financial policy in China and the relative structure of its stakeholders. |
