| 抄録: | 本稿は、2008年新学習指導要領の告示を受けて、各学校において進められている新教育課程への移行期の課題について、20年前と現在の調査の比較検討を通して分析するとともに、今後の課題解決に向けた取り組みについて考察したものである。分析の結果、移行期における課題は20年の歳月を経て本質的に不変であることを発見した。それは、社会の変化に対応して教育内容の拡充と質的改善への対応が求められる一方で、学校週5日制の段階的普及に伴う学習時間の縮小への対応が不可欠になっていることである。こうした課題解決の方策としては、一つに各学校の教育課程経営に協働体制を構築することあり、二つに学校の教育目標の具現化であり、三つに横の統合をもたらすクロスカリキュラムの推進であり、四つに縦の統合をもたらす地域における校種間連携・接続の改善であることを示した。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze surveys of teachers which were made twenty years ago in 1992 and again in 2012, to consider measures required to resolve problems associated with the transition in course of study issued by the MESSC in 2008. The condition is that problems regarding the transition in Course of Study have remained largely unchanged over the past twenty years. The core the school curriculum needs both to expand the range of contents and to improve substance of the subjects taught in order to cope with changing times and to adapt to the reduced teaching available time, due to the establishment of the five-day school week. In order to resolve these problems, firstly, schools need to move towards building collaborative relationships, secondly, they need to share the purpose and vision, thirdly, they need to promote moves towards an integrated curriculum incorporating cross-curriculum links, fourthly, there is a need for vertical integration to be established within the learning community. |
