| 抄録: | 本稿の目的は、北海道・台湾間の国際直航定期便の就航効果を明らかにすること、および国際直航定期便の就航によって生じた問題とその理由およびそれへの対応としての政策的インプリケーションを明らかにすることである。検証の結果、国際直航定期便の就航にもかかわらず北海道からの旅行者があまりに少ないことが問題点として明らかとなった。また、その理由として北海道民は海外旅行において観光・レジャー志向が強いこと、またビジネスを目的とした旅行が少ないこと、さらにそもそも海外旅行に出かける比率が低いことが明らかとなった。これらより国際直航定期便を有効活用していくための投資増大の必要性がインプリケーションとして導かれた。
The purpose of paper is to clarify the effect and problem on the direct freights have been put into services between Hokkaido and Taiwan. Moreover, this paper is to clarify the reason that problem occurred, and to conclude the political implication about it. As the result of the verification, the following two points have clarified. Firstly, the most important problem is there are too few Hokkaido people that use the international direct freight between Hokkaido and Taiwan. Secondly, as the purpose of travel, almost Hokkaido people are leisure and few people are business, and the rate of outbound in Hokkaido people is relatively low compared to other developed area in Japan. Moreover, as the political implication, it has concluded that it is necessary to further invest to the international direct freight has been put into services between Hokkaido and Taiwan |
