| 抄録: | 本稿は、「新常態」下の中国において、在中国の日系企業の日本語人材に対するニーズの変化と日本語教育方式の転換を分析することを通じて、その中で日本人教師のあり方を明らかにし、また「ネットプラス」政策下の語学教育産業の発展と、新たに登場したオンライン日本人教師という教育サービス形態の特徴を探ることを目的としている。中国の日本語教育に対する政策は、日中の政治・経済関係の転変によって大きく揺れ動いてきた。その影響を受けて、中国における日本人教師のあり方も多様化していった。日本人教師の資質や能力についても、語学能力の上に専門的知識、国際的視野、リーダーシップなどが要求されるようになってきた。
Based on an analysis of the changes of demand for people with Japanese language talents and the changes regarding Japanese education model under the "New Normal" in China, this paper expounds the current situation of the Japanese teachers' life and work in China. In addition, it explores the characteristics of the development of language educational industry under the "Internet plus" policy and the characteristics of the new educational model of online Japanese teachers. The Japanese language education policy in China has undergone tremendous changes under the influence of the political and economic changes in China and Japan and the work and lives of Japanese teachers in China has shown a trend toward diversification. New requirements for Japanese teachers' qualifications and abilities have been put forward in terms of not only language expertise,but also business and technology expertise,international vision, leadership . |
