| 抄録: | 本稿は、1949 年中華人民共和国の成立から80 年代の改革開放までの中国における電力工業の発展過程を考察したものである。この過程を一つは管理体制の変遷として、もう一つは中国の計画経済における具体的な歴史過程として考察した。先行研究ではなされていなかった計画経済という国家統制下のもとで特異な発展を遂げた電力工業の歴史過程を時系列的に検討した。
This paper studies the development process of the electric power industry from the foundation of the People’s Republic of China in 1949 to the leading of socialist planned economy in the 1980s before the reform and opening-up. We have an investigation about this development process from two points, one of which is an observation to the management system of the electric power industry and another one is a consideration of the development model according to the industrial planning during this period. This paper clears that Chinese electric power industry has an arduous historical development process with the impact of national economic policy in the historical period. However giving a look back over previous studies, we have not many studies about the historical development of Chinese electric power industry which sufficiently observed by anyone. |
