| 抄録: | 内藤湖南の根底には経世思想があるとされている。彼は経世意識を歴史に託し、現実世界とりわけ東アジアの諸問題の考察に際して、その問題の根底に横たわる事由に歴史的事実による論拠を見出し、自らの主張の正当性を力説しようとした。彼は『支那論』と『新支那論』において、近代中国の将来像と中日関係のあり方について構想し、それを提示した。このような展望には、「中国は漢民族の居住地である中原地方にすぎない」という認識、「中日関係における日本の役割についての過大評価」、「中国民族意識の自覚についての認識不足」などの問題点がみられる。
There is a strong statecraft thought deep in Naitō Konan’s mind. Based on history, he seeks the root of occurring problems in the real world, especially in East Asia, from history, and thus demonstrates the rationality of his own ideas. In "The Theory of China" and "The New Theory of China", he conceived the future image of modern China and the prospects of Sino-Japanese relations. Concealed in his idea, there are issues such as "China is only Zhongyuan, the central plain area where the Han people live", "the exaggeration of Japan’s role in Sino-Japanese relations", and "the insufficient understanding for the awakening of Chinese national consciousness." |
